It's been a long day

I just need to vent a little. Let me start by saying that I love my husband and son. I am however frustrated that Cole will not take a nap. It has been a very long day due to that. He has started taking naps in the morning from 11-11:45 (well, there have been maybe 5 in all) however one 45 minute break is NOT long enough. Not to mention Caleb is very preoccupied with our back room project (which he previously told me he would not be very involved in) I am doing most of the baby work alone. Not to mention errands, cleaning, and cooking. Arg. I'm a bit worn out today. I went to Papa Murphy's to get a pizza for dinner tonight, cause I couldn't cook with a crying baby. So, I get there and I don't have my wallet. Luckily, Caleb was home and actually answered his phone so we paid over the phone. Now Cole is crying in his bed, the pizza is ready, and Caleb is still working on the back room. I need a spa day.

Awh...poor Meggie! At least you got your pizza!! You need a Lambic! And a long massage. You should go to the school and get one and a pedi! Take it out of Caleb's allowance. I give you permission :)

I'm sorry, sweetie. I TOTALLY know what you mean. There are just days like that and if I was there I'd come over and take the screaming baby for you and let you eat the entire Papa Murphy's pizza all my yourself, while soaking your feet.

Nights when Kyle has meetings, I just want to scream. It's hard not having a break.
